I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Date: 2 9 ' 2.0 By: CITY OF NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CUPERTINO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Cupertino will hold a hearing on the matter described below. The public is encouraged to attend and speak. APPLICATION NO(S): DP-2017-01, ASA-2017-03, TR-2018-06 (EA-2017-01) APPLICANT(S): Mary Elizabeth O'Conrior (Rancho San Antonio Retirement Housing Corp) LOCATION: 23500 Cristo Rey Drive; APN# 342-54-999 DESCRIPTION: Development Permit, Architectural and Site Approval, and Tree Removal applications for The Forum at Rancho San Antonio, a continuing care retirement community that currently exists on a 51.5-acre site. The proposed project includes renovations and additions to the existing facilities, as well as new buildings resulting in 25 new independent living villas, 10 new beds and 45,000 square feet of renovations and additions to the skilled nursing facility,10,500 square feet of renovations to the assisted living facility, 26 new beds in a 39,000-square-foot new memory care building, and 27,000 square feet of renovations and additions to the commons facilities (dining, fitness and multi -purpose room) and the removal and replacement of 25 trees to facilitate the renovations; Recommend the approval of an Environmental Impact Report. At its regular meeting of the Cupertino Planning Commission on March 27, 2018, the Commission recommended approval of the proposed project per Resolution Nos. 6848, 6849 and 6850 with a 4-0-1 vote. (Takahashi absent.)
