Adopted Resolution No. 19-072 approving the Architectural and Site Approval (ASA- 2018-04) with an amendment to add a condition of approval regarding modification to the east elevation building fagade and vegetation to improve the aesthetics of the project, to be approved by Staff; and 5. Adopted Resolution No. 19-073 approving the Fence Exception (EXC-2018-01); and 6. Adopted Resolution No. 19-074 approving the Tree removal Permit (TR-2019-11). The resolutions that Council adopted at the meeting and were enclosed in the initial mailing remain unchanged.
