RESOLUTION NO. 1280(A)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE CONSTRUCTION
PHASING FOR VALLCO PARK BE AMENDED TO REFLECT THE
FOLLOWING:
1. That the 17 acres of the 69 acres within the uncommitted be
released for development but that it be recovered by including
undeveloped lands of Hewlett-Packard and Watkins -Johnson to
share in the recovery of the above 17 acres by a method to be
determined at a later date.
2. That it is further agreed that by the release of the Westfield
that Hewlett-Packard, Watkins -Johnson and Will Lester properties
absorb the Westfield share towards the recovery of the 17 acres.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 1974, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Cooper, Gatto, Woodward, O'Keefe
NAYS: None
ABSTAINING: None
ABSENT: None
