RESOLUTION NO. 1239 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
FINDING that until such time as the City officially
adopts zoning regulations to implement the newly
amended Core Area land use element to the 1964
general plan, the staff shall on an individual
basis bring those projects to the Planning
Commission for determination as to their conformity
with the aforementioned general plan amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1974, at a regular
adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Gatto, Nellis, O'Keefe
NAYS: None
ABSTAINING: None
ABSENT: None
