(Application No.: MCA -2024-001; Applicant: City of Cupertino; Location: Citywide). The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, and recommended on a unanimous vote (5-0) (Resolution No. 2024-08) that the City Council find the actions exempt from CEQA and conduct the first reading of the ordinance. The agenda for the Council meeting will be available by the Thursday preceding the meeting and may be subject to change.
