THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AND ALESHIRE & WYNDER, LLP
FOR CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES

This Second Amendment between the City of Cupertino, a municipal corporation
(hereinafter "City") and ALESHIRE & WYNDER, a Limited Liability Partnership (“Firm”), whose
address is 1970 Broadway #920, Oakland, CA 94612, is made with reference to the following:
RECITALS:
A. On February 23, 2025, the City and Firm entered into an Agreement for City Attorney
services;
B. On February 24, 2026, the City and Firm entered into a First Amendment to the
Agreement (collectively “Agreement”) for City Attorney services;
C. City and Firm desire to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth
herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by and between the undersigned parties as
follows:
1. The term set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Agreement shall be extended to July 30, 2026.
Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and covenants set forth in the
Agreement are in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this modification of Agreement
to be executed.
