RESOLUTION NO. 1256 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
FINDING the proposed Mercury Savings and Loan building
and operation to be consistent with the general plan.
The finding is based upon the land use described on a
site plan labeled Exhibit A of Architectural and Site
Approval Committee Application 51,334.1 and a traffic
analysis contained in a letter prepared by Mercury
Savings and Loan dated March 11, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 1974, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Cooper, Gatto, Woodward, Chairman O'Keefe
NAYS: None
ABSTAINING: None
ABSENT: None
