APPLICANT: Charles J. Brooks, et al. (Security Pacific National Bank) ADDRESS: 15355 Peach Hill Rd., Saratoga, California 95070 SUBMITTED: February 28, 1974 LOCATION: Northeast corner of the intersection of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Pacifica Drive ZONE: P (Planned Development with commercial intent) ACREAGE: 3.12 acres CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. Approval is based upon. Exhibit A, 5 -TM -74, or as may be amended by additional conditions. 16. Property division is granted based upon the development plan labeled Exhibit B of 6-Z-74 submitted in conjunction with application 6-Z-74. 17. The applicant shall provide an appropriate legal document enabling the City to require individual owners to enter into a reciprocal easement agreement with the two properties that will result from approval of the tentative map plus the property owners immediately adjacent to the subject property as described by Exhibit B of 6-Z-74. 18. The final map shall be recorded with easements reflecting the common driveways as described by Exhibit B of 6-Z-74. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 1974, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Cooper, Woodward, Chairman O'Keefe NAYS: None ABSTAINING: Commissioner Gatto ABSENT: None ATTEST: 2-s' .2L James H.
