RESOLUTION NO. 1251
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING the approval of rezoning to change the
intended land use within the Vallco Park area, as follows,
to provide for the construction of a regional shopping center
22.33 acres located on the westerly side of Wolfe Road southerly of
Freeway Rt. 280 at the intersection of Wolfe Rd. and Freeway Rt. 280
from a planned development zone with general commercial use intended
to a planned development zone with a regional shopping center commercial
use intended, and
20.32 acres located on the easterly side of Wolfe Rd. southerly of
Freeway Rt. 280 at the intersection of Wolfe Rd. and Freeway Rt. 280
from planned development zone with light industrial use intended to
a planned development zone with a regional shopping center commercial
use intended.

FURTHER FINDINGS:
The Commission finds that the rezoning application represents an action to
implement the Core Area revision to the general plan.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions.
15. That the approval is contingent upon the construction phasing
stipulations contained in the Director of Public Works memo
entitled "Construction Phasing for Vallco Park" dated October
1.6, 1973.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Gatto, O'Keefe
