OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OCUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING the denial of a tentative map to divide
approximately four (4) acres into sixteen (16) single-
family lots.

FURTHER FINDINGS:.
1. That the recommended denial, of variance application 1-V-73 precludes
the Commission from approving the subject map.
2. That the Commission finds that the proposal to decrease the street
right of way width from the standard 56 -foot cul de sac section to
a 46 -foot wide section is unacceptable.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1974, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call. vote:
