The Commission finds that the applicant did not demonstrate extra- ordinary circumstances or conditions applying to the land described by Exhibit A of 1-V-74 to justify the approval of a variance. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1974 at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Gatto,O'Keefe NAYS: None ABSTAINING: None ABSENT: None APPROVED: Daniel P.
