OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
REPORTING to the City Council in accordance with
Government Code, Section 65402, relative to City
acquisition of Musolino property.
This Commission,at its meeting of February 20, 1974,reviewed the proposed
acquisition by the City of Cupertino of approximately 4.15 acres of property
located southerly of and adjacent to the existing City -owned Library site,
and more commonly known as the Musolino property, as to said acquisition'
and its conformity to the adopted general plan.
Therefore, as required by Government Code, Section 65402, this Commission
finds that the proposed acquisition and future use of the property by the
City of Cupertino would be in conformance with the adopted general plan
of this City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1974, at a regular adjourned
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Gatto, Nellis, O'Keefe
NAYS: None
ABSTAINING: None
ABSENT: None
