RESOLUTION NO. 1238 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
DIRECTING the Director of Planning and Development
to initiate public hearings to consider the rezoning
of specific properties formerly designated Montebello
Ridge Interim Zone to a zoning classification which
is consistent with the 1964 General Plan.
The specific properties and suggested zoning classifications are as follows:
1. Those R3-2.2 zoned properties designated by Santa Clara. County
Assessor's parcel numbers Book 342, page 12, parcels 02 and 48
and Book 342, page 5, parcel 9, consisting of approximately
20 acres shall be advertised for a change in zone to Al -43 or
whatever zone shall be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission.
2. Those R3-2.2 zoned properties designated by Santa Clara County
Assessor's parcel numbers Book 342, page 15, parcels 30 and 31
shall be advertised for a change in zone to Al -43 or whatever
zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
3. That CG (General Commercial) zoned area consisting of the
westerly 5+ acre portion of Santa Clara County Assessor's
parcel number Book 366, page 03, parcel 29 shall be advertised
for a change in zone to Al -43 or whatever_ zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of February, 19;4, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Gatto, Nellis, O'Keefe
NAYS: None
ABSTAINING: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Buthenuth
