OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING the approval of a tentative map to
divide 4.15 acres into four parcels.

LOCATION: Northeast corner of the intersection of Torre Avenue and
Pacifica Drive.
ZONE: P (Planned Development with professional office and related
commercial and quasi -public use intended)
ACREAGE: 4.15 acres
CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:

15. That the parcel map not be recorded until the City has entered into
the purchasing agreement with the owner. If the agreement is not
approved, the City will rescind the tentative map resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of February, 1974, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Gatto, Nellis, O'Keefe
NAYS: None
ABSTAINING: None
