1. Application 7-Z-74 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 20+ acres from
R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
to Al -43 (Agricultural/Residential, single-family, 1 -acre lots) zone
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
Said property is located adjacent to and westerly of Foothill Blvd.
opposite the intersection of Alpine Dr. and Foothill Blvd. First
Hearing continued.
2. Application 8-Z-74 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 13+ acres from
R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
to Al -43 (Agricultural/Residential, single-family, 1 -acre lots) zone
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
Said property is located at the western terminus of Voss Avenue. First
Hearing continued.
3. Application 9--Z--74 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 5+ acres from CG
(General Commercial) zone to Al -43 (Agricultural/Residential, single-
family, 1 -acre lots) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate
by the Planning Commission. Said property is located approximately
1,200 feet westerly of the intersection of Regnart Rd. and Lindy Ln.
adjacent to Regnart Creek. First Hearing continued.
4. Application 13-Z-74 of SAN CARLOS HOMES & DEVELOPMENT CO.: REZONING
20.7 acres from A (Agricultural/Residential - 10,000 sq. ft. minimum
lot) to P (Planned Development with residential_. cluster use intent
with approximately 3.6 dwelling units per acre) or whatever zone may
be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Said property is
located southerly of and adjacent to Voss Avenue at its westerly terminus.

property is located adjacent to and westerly of Miller Avenue at the
southwest intersection of Miller Avenue and Calabazas Creek approxi-
mately 120 feet northerly of Greenwood Court. First Hearing continued.
6. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing for annual review of five-year
capital improvement program.
7. Application 30-U-74 of DONALD WIENER AND PAUL CASTANEDA: USE PERMIT
to allow retail tire sales in an existing service station. Said
property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of
Stevens Creek Boulevard and Pasadena Avenue. First Hearing.
