PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application 15 —TM -74 of BRUNSWICK DIVISION, BRUNSWICK CORPORATION:
TENTATIVE MAP to divide 3.869 acres into three lots. Said property
is within a CG (General Commercial) zone and is located at the south-
east corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road. First Hearing
continued.
2. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Proposed amendment to Sign Ordinance.No. 353 as
recommended by Architectural and Site Approval Committee pertaining
to Sections 5.11 and 7.021. First Hearing continued.
3. Application 22--U--74 of MERCURY SAVINGS & LOAN: USE PERMIT to defer
the installation of underground utilities in a CG (General Commercial)
zone. Said property is located at 19300 Stevens Creek Boulevard. First
Hearing.
4. Application to amend USE PERMIT 16-U--74 of SOBRATO-BERG PROPERTIES:
Amendment to allow construction of a light industrial/office complex
in a P (Planned Development with commercial/industrial intent) zone.
Said property consists of 8.5 acres and is located in the southwest
quadrant of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Freeway Route 280. First
Hearing.
5. Application 23-Z.-74 and 23-U-74 of ALICE SIEGRIST: REZONING .93 acres
from CG (General Commercial) to P (Planned Development with commercial
intent) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning
Commission; USE PERMIT to allow for expansion of the existing shopping
center, improvement of parking and planting areas, and the remodeling
of exterior architectural style. Said property is located at 10215
So. Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road. First Hearing.

establishing new regulations affecting residential cluster developments.

7. Application 7-Z-74 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 20+ acres from
R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
to Al -43 (Agricultural/Residential, single-family, 1 -acre lots) zone
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
Said property is located adjacent to and westerly of Foothill Blvd.
opposite the intersection of Alpine Dr. and Foothill Blvd. First
Hearing continued.
8. Application 8-Z-74 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 13+- acres from
R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone
to Al -43 (Agricultural/Residential, single-family, 1 -acre lots) zone
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission.
Said property is located at the western terminus of Voss Avenue. First
Hearing continued.
9. Application 9-Z-74 of CITY OF CUPERTINO: REZONING 5+ acres from CG
(General Commercial) zone to A1-43 (Agricultural/Residential, single-
family, 1 -acre lots) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate
by the Planning Commission. Said property is located approximately
1,200 feet westerly of the intersection of Regnart Rd. and Lindy Ln.
adjacent to Regnart Creek. First Hearing continued.
