1. City of .Cupertino: Public Hearing to consider 1973 Comprehensive
General Plan.

2. Applications 19-Z-74 and 15-U-74 of DAVID E. HARPER & ASSOCIATES:
REZONING 5.1 acres from CG (General Commercial) to P (Planned
Development with recreational./entertainment and related commercial
intent) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the
Planning Commission; USE PERMIT to allow construction of a bowling
center and related entertainment/recreational facilities located at
the southeast corner of the intersection of Homestead and Stelling
Roads. First Hearing continued.
3. Application 15 -TM -74 of BRUNSWICK ➢IVISION, BRUNSWICK CORPORATION:
TENTATIVE MAP to divide 3.869 acres into three lots. Said property
is within a CG (General Commercial) zone and is located at the
southeast corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road. First Hearing
continued.
4. Application 20--U-73 of THE WESTFIELD COMPANY: USE PERMIT to allow
construction of two 32,340 square feet light industrial buildings,
a total of 64,680 square feet. Said property is within a P (Planned
Development with light industrial intent) zone and is located at the
southeast corner of the intersection of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues.
Recommended for denial. Appealed by The Westfield Company. Referred
from City Council meeting of July 1, 1974. Second Hearing.

REZONING 2.031 acres from Al -43 (Agricultural/Residential, 1 -acre lots)
to P (Planned Development with mini -storage and residential use intent)
or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission;
TENTATIVE MAP to divide 2.031 acres into two parcels; USE PERMIT to
allow construction of single -story warehouse structures. Said property
is located on the east side of North Blaney Avenue between Olivewood and
Freeway Route 280. First Hearing.
6. Applications 22-Z-•74 & 17 -TM -74 of LOUIS ROMANO: REZONING 0.806 acres
from CG (General Commercial) to R2-4.25 (Residential, duplex, 4,250 sq.
ft. per dwelling unit) or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by. the
Planning Commission; TENTATIVE MAP (17 -TM -74) to divide 0.806 acres into
four lots. Said property is located or. the east side of Stevens Canyon
Road between McClellan Road and St. Andrews Road. First Hearing.
