1. Applications 16-Z-74 and 13-U-74 of MAY INVESTMENT COMPANY: REZONING
3.64 acres from R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit) zone to P (Planned Development with single-family,
residential, cluster intent) zone or whatever zone may be deemed
appropriate by the Planning Commission; USE PERMIT to allow construc-
tion of 27 cluster units with one lot: to be held in common ownership,
and one lot to be utilized by an existing single-family residence.
Said property is located adjacent to and easterly of Finch Avenue
