1. Application 20--U--73 of THE WESTFIELD COMPANY: USE PERMIT to allow con-
struction of two 32,340 sq. ft. light industrial buildings, a total of
64,680 sq. ft. Said property is within a P (Planned Development with
light industrial intent) zone and is located at the southeast corner
of the intersection of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues. First Hearing
continued.
2. Application 10—U-74 of THE WESTFIELD COMPANY: USE PERMIT to allow con-
struction of one one-story building containing 19,400 square feet. Said
property is within a P (Planned Development with light industrial intent)
zone and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Prune -
ridge and Tantau Avenues. First Hearing.
3. Applications 14 -LT -74 and 4-'V--74 of NEWMAN PROPERTIES (WINCHELLS DONUTS) ;
