Said property is located adjacent to and adjacent to and westerly of
Foothill Blvd. opposite the intersection of Alpine Dr. & Foothill Blvd.

R3-2.2 (Residential, multiple, 2,200 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) zone

Said property is located at the western terminus of Voss Avenue.
