20. That the entrance driveway to the facility on Mary Ave. shall be
moved southerly in a manner that aligns with the intersection of
Meteor Drive and Mary Ave.
21. That the applicant shall submit a revised site plan prior to review
of the application by the City Council reflecting the above conditions
stated herein.
22. That the use permit is granted for the utilization of the subject
site for storage purposes only with the exception of the administrative
office and that no work shall be performed on the site such as motor
vehicle washing and repair, boat repair or construction.
23. The removal of any mature native trees on the site shall be subject
to the review and approval of Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1974, at a regular adjourned
meeting of the Planning Commission, State of California, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Gatto, Woodward, Chairman O'Keefe

ABSTAINING: None
