NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, October 15, 2019, the Cupertino City
Council will hold a public hearing to consider
the adoption of the 2019 California Building,
Residential, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing,
Energy, Fire, Historical Building Code, Existing
Building Code, Referenced Standards Code and
Green Building Standards Codes as mandated
by the State of California. Council will meet at
6:45 p.m., Community Hall Council Chamber,
10350 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California.
Complete copies of the primary and secondary
codes, if any, being considered for adoption,
are on file with the Office of the City Clerk, and
are open to public inspection. Interested par-
ties are invited to attend and be heard. If you
wish to challenge the City Council's action in
court, you may be limited to raising only those
issues you or someone else raised at the pub-
lic hearing described in this notice, or in writ-
ten correspondence delivered to the City of
Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to, the public
hearing. Persons needing special assistance to
