matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and publisher
of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the English
language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of

circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular
meeting of Tuesday, January 15, 2019, the
Cupertino City Council conducted the first
reading of Ordinance No. 19-2182: "An Ordi-
nance of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino amending regulations in Title 2, Ad-
ministration and Personnel of the Municipal
Code, Chapter 2.80, to allow up to five (5)
members for the Fine Arts Commission." Ayes:
Scharf, Chao, Paul, Sinks, and Willey. Noes:
