Subject: Appeal of General Plan Amendment Requirement for 10377 Amistad Court Subdivision
Dear Dennis:
The Director of Community Development has reviewed your appeal letter. The basis for that appeal has been rejected
by the Director. You are basically requesting a review of a past City Council's decisions and determinations on a
subdivision that was approved 33 years ago. Those decisions and determinations are not appealable.
Your appeal should have been focused on your particular proposal and not on City actions that occurred in the distant
past.
I am requesting the City Clerk's Office and Planning Office to issue you a full refund of your appeal fee and recent
noticing deposit.
