MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, May 6, 2014. the Cupertino City Coun-
cil will review the amount of revenue produced
by the storm drainage service charge and the
estimated cost of the Citv'S Non -Point Source
Control (rainwater and creek pollution preven-
tion) and Storm Water Management Program.
The report will contain a description of each
parcel receiving the benefit of the storm drain-
age system, and the amount of the storm drain-
age service charges for each premises for the
forthcoming fiscal year. At the time stated be -
tow, the City Council shall hear and consider all
objections or protests, if any, to the report re-
ferred to in this notice. Upon the conclusion of
the hearing, the City Council may adopt, revise.
change, reduce, or modify any charge or over-
rule any or all objections and shall make its de-
termination upon each charge as described in
the report, which determination shall be final.
A copy of the report is on file in the City Clerk's
office and is available for public review. Council
