STORM WATER DRAINAGE
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, May 6, 2014, the Cupertino City Coun-
cil will review the amount of revenue produced
by the storm drainage service charge and the
estimated cost of the City's Non -Point Source
Control (rainwater and creek pollution preven-
tion) and Storm Water Management Program
The report will contain a description of ea&
parcel receiving the benefit of the storm drain
age system, and the amount of the storm drain
age service charges for each premises for the
forthcoming fiscal year. At the time stated be
low, the City Council shall hear and consider al
objections or protests, if any, to the report re
ferred to in this notice. Upon the conclusion o
the hearing, the City Council may adopt, revise
change, reduce, or modify any charge or over
rule any or all objections and shall make its de
