a Municipal Code Amendment to change the zoning designation from

Changes to the Community Vision 2040 are text, policy and figure
amendments throughout the General Plan, and the City Council will

Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and approval of the proposed poli-
cy text and figure edits on a 5.0 vote. On the issue of the change of the
land use designation and rezoning of the property located at 10950 N.
Blaney Ave (APN: 316 03 040, the Planning Commission recommended
approval on a4-1 vote (Lee: no).
On October 1, 2015, the Environmental Review Committee recommend-
ed that the City Council adopt the Addendum to the General Plan
Amendment, Housing Element Update and Associated Rezoning EIR
(SCH 4:2014632007) on a 3-0 vote, 2 absent, and that such Addendum
together with the EIR complies with any obligations under CEQA.

3. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS: Each Bidder shall be required to submit a "Statement of
Qualifications" in accordance with Document 00200 (Instructions to Bidders) and Document
00450 (Statement of Qualifications for Construction Work).
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: Work generally consists of placing an asphalt overlay, per-
forming digout repairs, replacing traffic striping and pavement markers, replacing traffic signal
detectors and other miscellaneous work as shown in the plans and outlined in these sped [ca-
tions.
S. CONTRACT TIME: Work shall be finally completed within 70 working days. Refer to Docu-
