Subject:Today's sustainability commission meeting
Hi Victoria,
I need a couple minutes in today's sustainability commission meeting (in oral communications) to
communicate the below on behalf of Rotary and CCL. I will be there in person. I am sending this because I
don't know the exact process.
Earthday @Cupertino:
1.We were very impressed by the sticker board where people could add stickers for different home
electrification improvements they've made. Very popular, always busy. See att. photo. Our booth
was just around the corner.
2.The Sustainability staff referred people to our booth and we vice versa for help.
3.Victoria Morin visited our booth; we met informally with Susan Hansen and Jasmin Lu at the
Sustainability booth.
4.We were very pleased that our booth had been relocated from the periphery into the Sustainability
"mainstream".
5.We very appreciate the young people who assisted moving our tabling gear and helping us get set
up.

Attendees: 248 signed up
Home Visits: 225
Post Event Survey
• 86% left the event feeling more prepared to “add
green features to their home.”
• >50% will consider replacing their gas appliances
before their “burn out,”
