RESOLUTION NO. 767
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: North Side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, west of Southern
Pacific Railroad Right of Way
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed sign program is consistent with all applicable
provisions of Sign Ordinance 746.
2. That the proposed is in visual and scale proportion to the Monta Vista
commercial neighborhood and to the particular building in which the
subject businesses are located.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-2 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall retain
authority to review sign lighting intensity following installation of
the sign approved under this application, per Section 7.07, Ordinance 746.
11. The approved spot lights for the roof mounted sign shall be painted to
match the existing roof tile, subject to staff approval

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1977, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
