RESOLUTION NO. 765
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
PERIMETER FENCING FOR A CLUSTER RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of the intersection of Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Scenic Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the design concept and materials proposed for said perimeter
fencing provides an acceptable barrier between the public open
space of the 28 -unit residential development and the private
property to the east.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits G and G-1 of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. The position and placement of the approved perimeter fencing shall be subject
to approval by Santa Clara Valley Water District prior to issuance of building
permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1977, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
