RESOLUTION NO. 764
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LIGHTING AND GRADING FOR
A GENERAL RETAIL/OFFICE BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southerly of and adjacent to Stevens Creek Boulevard
approximately 116 ft. easterly of Blaney Avenue

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed development, as corrected by conditions contained
in this resolution, substantially conforms to use permit requirements
contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1738.
2. That the proposed landscaping and signing portions of the application
are continued for additional refinement to reflect conformance with
City of Cupertino design standards.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B 1st Revision,
and D of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. The landscaping portion of this application is continued to a date uncertain.
11. The site portion of this application shall be revised to include a handicapped
parking stall with a minimum 12 ft. width; a 5 ft.wi.de planter strip on the
south property line; the minimum 6 ft. high block wall on the south property
line per Condition 19 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1738; realignment
of the driveway access between the restaurant site to the east and the subject
site per Exhibit B 1st Revision.
12. The signing portion of this application is continued to a date uncertain.
13. Lighting fixtures installed on the subject property shall utilize a bronze
pole and square cornered bronze fixture head, similar to those in use at the
adjoining Fisherman's Village site.
14. The trash enclosure shall be located to the rear of the building and landscaped
to preclude visibility from Stevens Creek Boulevard subject to staff approval.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
