PROPERTY OWNER: Partnership of Swearingen & Bilinski APPLICANT: Partnership of Swearingen & Bilinski (Cupertino Loc-N-Stor) ADDRESS: 750 Welch Road, Suite 325, Palo Alto, California 94304 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10655 Mary Avenue -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the subject site exceeds the minimum frontage requirement under Ordinance 746 for a freestanding sign, and that the dimensions of the sign approved herein are consistent with that Ordinance. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
