RESOLUTION NO. 763
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
INCLUDING A FREESTANDING SIGN FOR A MINI -STORAGE WARE-
HOUSE COMPLEX.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the subject site exceeds the minimum frontage requirement under
Ordinance 746 for a freestanding sign, and that the dimensions of
the sign approved herein are consistent with that Ordinance.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 1977, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
