OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH
BUILDING WITHIN VALLCO INDUSTRIAL PARK.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following finding with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed freestanding sign constituting the approved sign
program provides a means of identity which is consistent with the
scale of development on the subject site.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1977, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
