PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. APPLICANT: Tandem Computers, Inc. ADDRESS: 19333 Vallco Parkway, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 19333 Vallco Parkway FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following finding with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed freestanding sign constituting the approved sign program provides a means of identity which is consistent with the scale of development on the subject site. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
