RESOLUTION NO. 760
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR A TAILOR SHOP
OPERATING ON A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT BASIS.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following finding with
respect to this application:
1. That the size of the proposed ground sign is consistent with the
physical size and intended scale of operation of the subject
business.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. The sign faces as depicted on Exhibit F shall be framed by a continuous
wood wrap subject to staff approval.
11. The approved ground sign shall be removed at such time as the subject
tailor business ceases to occupy the site, or on July 18, 1980 when the
use permit granted by Planning Commission Resolution No. 1711 expires,
whichever event first takes place.
12. As provided in Section 6.03.7 of Ordinance 746, a street address number shall
be added to the ground sign face shown on Exhibit F, subject to staff approval.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
