RESOLUTION NO. 755
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE MODIFICATION FOR PHASE ONE, AND ARCHITECTURE,
LANDSCAPING, AND LIGHTING FOR PHASE TWO OF REMODELING
FOR A CHURCH SANCTUARY AND RELATED STRUCTURES.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following finding with
respect to this application:
1. That the scope of this application, including reduction of on -site
parking, building coverage and uses provided are consistent with
Conditions of Approval and approved exhibits accompanying Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1503 and Ordinance 732.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, A 1st Revision,
:B, B -1, B-2, and B-3 of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. All conditions of approval specified in Architectural and Site Approval
Resolution No.615 shall remain in effect as regards to this development.
11. Proposed bicycle parking facilities depicted on Exhibit A 1st Revision of
this application shall be subject to review and approval of the Traffic
Engineer, including the selection of bicycle racks and locking equipment.
12. The proposed landscaping plan for Phase One and Two of this development
shall utilize drip -emitter irrigation equipment in shrubs, tree and ground
cover areas. At least 50% of all plantings used shall be drought -tolerant
and shall be so certified by a landscape architect prior to issuance of a
building permit. Final landscaping plans shall be subject to staff approval
at the building permit level.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
