RESOLUTION NO. 753
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL 2ND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION OF SITE AND LANDSCAPING FOR AN OUT-
DOOR SKATEPARK.

APPLICANT: Steve Stockwell and Lynn A. Hethcock (Spinnin' Wheels Skatepark)
ADDRESS: 1039 - 17th Avenue, Redwood City, California 94063
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Adjacent to and westerly of Stelling Road
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the modified site plan provides for a more efficient layout
of recreational facilities and spectator areas within the skate -
park without disruption of approved grading limits or significant
revision to the approved skatepark concept.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. All conditions of approval contained in Architectural and Site Approval
Committee Resolution No. 751 shall remain in full force and effect as
regard to the subject development.
2. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A 1st Revision and
C 1st Revision except as may be amended by conditions of approval
contained in Architectural and Site Approval Committee Resolution No. 751.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 1977, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
