PROPERTY OWNER: Chrisman-Taylor Real Estate Investments APPLICANT: Chrisman-Taylor Real Estate Investments ADDRESS: 485 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California 94301 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Adjacent to and southerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 450 ft. westerly of the intersection of South Blaney Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. In response to concerns raised by the City Council at the September 6, 1977 meeting, the applicants have submitted an alternative roof line design which, in the opinion of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee, effectively coordinates the theme and materials of buildings immediately adjacent to the subject development. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit B 2nd Revision of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
