RESOLUTION NO. 750
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENYING APPLICATION FOR
A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A SINGLE TENANT INDUSTRIAL
BUILDING.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. The copy content of the proposed sign design is not consistent
with standards contained in Section 7.03 of Sign Ordinance 746.
SUBCONCLUSION:
(a) The proposed wall sign lists names of publications and
services produced by the subject tenant; the Committee
finds that such a listing is inconsistent with the Sign
Ordinance intent to simplify graphic content of advertising
structures in the City of Cupertino, and is not necessary to
identify the building location.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
