Sobrato and Carl E. Berg APPLICANT: John A. Sobrato and Carl E. Berg ADDRESS: 2775 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, California 94306 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast Quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and Route 280 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed architecture depicted on Exhibit B of this application is substantially identical to materials, height, floor area, and styling concept to adjacent buildings approved by this Committee under Resolution No. 657. 2. In response to comments received at the public hearing from adjacent residents on Larry Way, the applicant may install tall growing screening vegetation along the east property line of the subject development subject to mutual satisfaction of the developer, resident and City staff. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
