PROPERTY OWNER: Edward Cali, et al APPLICANT: Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of San Diego ADDRESS: P.O. Box 2070, San Diego, California 92112 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast Quadrant of Miller Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard ZONE: P (Planned Development) The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed landscaping plan incorporates "drip enitter" irrigation techniques and extensive use of drought resistent planning which may result in long term water conservation over conventional landscaping methods. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9.
