OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CCRMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF MODIFIED LANDSCAPING PLANS FOR A SAVINGS AND
LOAN FACILITY.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed landscaping plan incorporates "drip enitter" irrigation
techniques and extensive use of drought resistent planning which may
result in long term water conservation over conventional landscaping
methods.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit C 1st Revision of
Application HC-51,381.1.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
