OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REC MM ENDING APPROVAL
OF ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A TEMPORARY CONCRETE WALL ON THE SOUTH PROPERTY
LINE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the applicant is aware that the subject improvements are temporary
in nature and may be removed upon implementation of urban design
standards contained in the Conceptual Development Plan for De Anza
Boulevard.
2. That the proposed improvements will enhance the attractiveness of
the animal hospital site and provide needed separation of adjoining
land uses.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1.-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits C and C-1 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. Improvements allowed under this application are temporary in nature. The
applicant or his successor may be required to remove said improvements in
whole or part at such time as the subject site is improved consistent with
the 50 ft. parkway setback required under the De Anza Boulevard Conceptual
Plan.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
