RESOLUTION NO. 745
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ARCHITECTURE FOR ADDITION OF A PATIO COVER TO AN
EXISTING RESTAURANT.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Mary Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed material and roof shape is architecturally
consistent with the existing Sandpiper Restaurant building.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit B of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The restaurant owners or their successors in interest shall take every
precaution to ensure the health and safety of the Oak tree to be enclosed
by construction approved under this application; the health of the tree
shall be monitored and corrective measures implemented if necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
