PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd. ADDRESS: P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION: 19590 Pruneridge Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 ZONE: Planned Development with Commercial/Recreational Intent ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. The proposed site and landscaping layout is consistent with property line modifications to the subject site approved by the Planning Commission under Application 16 -TM -77. 2. The Committee understands the primary intent of this development is to serve as a training and recreation center, and is not intended to function as a tennis tournament or exhibition facility. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits B and C of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. The proposed "Fremontia California Glory" shown on Exhibit C on the south side of the development shall continue eastward to the east boundary of the subject property. The landscaping concept on the east property line of the approved tennis facility shall utilize identical plant materials and design concept to that approved under Exhibit C of Resolution No. 610 of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee as contained in Application HC -51,075.44. 11.
