OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING AND
LIGHTING FOR A MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings
with respect to this application;
1. That the proposed circulation system between the subject property
and the adjacent restaurant to the east as depicted on Exhibit
A 2nd Revision is consistent with the intent of Condition 17,
Planning Commission Resolution No, 1708.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A 2nd Revision, B,
C 1st Revision, D, E, and E-1 except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. Supporting columns for trellis work on the west elevation of the structure
shall be of wood.
11. The sign portion of the subject application is continued to a date
uncertain.
12. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee staff may review coverage
pattern and light intensity of all exterior lighting fixtures approved
under this application following their installation on site. Globes for
all freestanding parking lot lighting fixtures shall be bronze -tinted.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1977, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
