PROPERTY OWNER: City of Cupertino APPLICANT: City of Cupertino (Corporation Yard) ADDRESS: 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Mary Avenue opposite Meteor Drive ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the site layout, architectural concept and landscaping design are consistent with the intent of use permit approvals granted for this development. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, C 1st Revision and D of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Final configuration of the wall depicted on Exhibit C 1st Revision at the east side of the subject property shall be subject to staff approval. 11.
