HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 740HC -51,333.9 RESOLUTION NO. 740 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECCI'IENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING FOR EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE WITHIN VALLEY GREEN BUSINESS PARK. Berg (Tymshare) 2775 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, California 94306 North side of Valley Green Drive approximately 600 ft. west of De Anza Boulevard The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the overall size of the enlarged Tymshare structure is consistent with use permit approvals granted by the City Council in 1974 and reflects the recent permitted increase of 20,000 sq. ft. approved in May of 1977. 2. That the architectural concept of the proposed expansion is intended to match that of the existing Tymshare structure. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, C, and D except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10.
