OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECCI'IENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING
FOR EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE
WITHIN VALLEY GREEN BUSINESS PARK.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the overall size of the enlarged Tymshare structure is consistent
with use permit approvals granted by the City Council in 1974 and
reflects the recent permitted increase of 20,000 sq. ft. approved in
May of 1977.
2. That the architectural concept of the proposed expansion is intended to
match that of the existing Tymshare structure.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, C, and D except as
may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Exhibit A of this application shall be revised to depict all regular size
parking stalls plus one handicapped stall on the north side of the building
and one handicapped parking space on the south side of the building adjacent
to the visitors entrance.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
