RESOLUTION NO. 739
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, AND GRADING FOR
A PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING PLANT.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Mariani Avenue approximately 900 ft. east
of De Anza Boulevard

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1698 as regards to building setbacks and general layout
concept.
2. The Committee finds that the applicants are to be commended for proposing
an architectural solution which incorporates the retention of significant
native trees on the development site.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, C, and D except as
may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Exhibit C shall be modified to reflect change of the proposed Magnolias on the
southeast perimeters of the site to 5 -gallon Eucalyptus Sideroxylon Rosea.
Said Eucalyptus trees on the south perimeter shall be planted 30 ft. on centers.
11. Exhibit A shall be revised prior to issuance of an occupancy permit to designate
bicycle parking facility location and type as acceptable to the Traffic Engineer.
12. Perimeter planting on the south side of Phase Two of the south side of Mariani
Avenue shall be 8 to 12 ft. wide.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
