RESOLUTION NO. 737
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING
FOR REMODELING OF AN EXISTING AUTOMOTIVE FUEL
SERVICE STATION.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Avenue
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the site plan as configured on Exhibit A of this application is
in substantial conformance with use permit approval granted under
Planning Commission Resolution No. 1663.
2. That the proposed trash enclosure should be constructed of masonry materials
to increase durability and minimize maintenance commitment.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B 1st Revision, C and D
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The proposed trash enclosure depicted on Exhibit B 1st Revision shall be
constructed of masonry materials with the padre brick veneer; the gate of
said trash enclosure shall be painted "weather brown" per color sample
attached to Exhibit B 1st Revision.
11. The applicant shall have the option to change plant selection No. 8 depicted
on Exhibit C at the south boundary of the development subject to staff approval.
12. The boundary of lawn/ground cover areas in the planter strip adjacent to
Stevens Creek Boulevard shall attempt to follow the proposed earth mounding
contours, rather than the rigid angular layout depicted on Exhibit C.
13. Signing for the subject development shall be as per the program approved under
Resolution No. 648 of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
