OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL C MMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A FREESTANDING SIGN AND INDIVIDUAL DIRECTIONAL
SIGNS FOR IDENTIFICATION OF AN INDUSTRIAL
MANUFACTURING CQMPLEX .

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed freestanding sign is to be relocated from the
former location of Four -Phase System in Vallco Park, and that the
proposed sign is consistent with applicable provisions of Ordinance
No, 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply..
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F, F..1st Revision,
F-2 and F-3 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. The "main entrance" directional sign adjacent to Buildings Two and Three shall
be located in a position not more than 2 of the length of the run of the
landscaped berm.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
