RESOLUTION NO. 729
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING
FOR AN OFFICE STRUCTURE.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the building configuration and architectural concept are
compatible with existing development in Valley Green Industrial
Park.
2. That the landscaping plan for the subject development as modified
by conditions contained in this Resolution No. 729 conforms to
design standards specified in the North De Anza Boulevard Conceptual
Plan.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A and B of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. The existing planter strip on that property immediately adjacent to the
north boundary of the subject development shall be supplemented with
tall growing varieties of plantings subject to mutual agreement of the
applicant, the adjoining property owner to the north of the subject
site, and the City staff.
11. Deciduous trees shall be added to the Valley Green Drive frontage of
the project in accordance with Section 4.3 of the Urban Design Guidelines
contained in the North De Anza Boulevard Conceptual Plan, the type and
number of said plantings subject to staff approval at the building permit
level.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
